Initially, I kept wondering when I was going to feel the needle. I was conscious, after all, but the pain never came.

My previous dental experiences, with the exception of routine cleanings, involved huge syringes with what appeared to be foot-long needles that could anesthetize a full grown horse for three weeks. My hair would stand on end, and I had a death grip on the arm rests of the dental chair while the dentist was telling me to relax as he jammed the needle into my gums. The memories of the past work that was done for all the crowns, fixed bridge, and all the root canals make pictures I have seen of water boarding look like a restful vacation. I hated going to the dentist.

You radically changed my feelings about going to the dentist. Not only do you not inflict pain, but you produce outstanding work. My teeth feel so clean and smooth. The crowns and fixed bridge not only look wonderful but they feel so much more secure than the previous ones ever did. I am especially thrilled with the appearance of the crowns on my three upper front teeth. Perfect work and no pain. What could be better? Well, actually, you go even further. The people who work with you are every bit as concerned as you are with the patient’s physical and psychological comfort.
