New Patients

Our practice warmly welcomes new patients! Please call us at 703-757-1000 or email us at patientcare@beulahdental.com, and we’ll be happy to schedule a personalized appointment time convenient for you.

We know that your time is valuable, so in order to expedite your initial visit to our office, please download, print, and complete our new patient registration forms and bring them with you to your appointment. With no waiting room time, you will be in and out of our office and back to your busy day faster!

Appointments

Please call us at 703-757-1000 to schedule an appointment. Emergencies are welcome, and we will try to see you the same day. Our office hours are by appointment. For your convenience, we offer early morning, evening, and Saturday hours to meet your busy schedule.

We understand the fast pace of living in the D.C. area and that your time is important. We do not overbook and have a very good track record of staying on time. If your appointed time is 9 AM, you can expect your appointment to begin promptly at 9 AM. We respect your time, so please respect ours and of the patients after you, by showing up to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. The traffic in our region can be bad at certain hours, so please plan accordingly.

We also understand that sometimes unexpected delays arise, and we try to accommodate our patients who may arrive late for their appointment. However, if the delay will cause delays for the remaining patients, it will be necessary to reschedule in order for us to keep to our appointment schedule and to have adequate time to provide the exceptional care we offer and to offer the same personalized care to the other patients that day. (Our policy on Cancellations/Missed Appointments will apply.)

Cancellations/Missed Appointments

An appointment is a bond of trust indicating that we have blocked off time in our schedule to serve you and you will be present at that time for your treatment. We value the time we have appointed for you and ask that you do the same. Please give our office 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that we may serve another patient. Repeated missed or canceled appointments without 24 hour notice may incur an office visit charge of $75.

Insurance and Finance

We participate and are preferred providers in most PPO dental insurance plans. The following is a list of some of the MAJOR dental insurance companies we participate with:

If you do not see your plan, it does not necessarily mean we cannot care for you as some smaller insurance companies contract their providers from larger insurers. We will be happy to contact them and research this information on your behalf.

For payment by insurance, we will gladly process your insurance claim for you as long as you provide us with adequate insurance information. Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. You should address any dispute as to what should be covered by your plan with your insurance company. We will assist you in any way we can. The patient co-pay is required at the time that services are rendered.
